About me — Nudging for Syntony

After more than 20 years working with creative, media, digital, and tech teams, I became curious about the team's attunement of minds - which I call Syntony.

I have continuously developed my skills in Client Service and Strategic Planning Consultancy.

My professional experience has been full of challenges in handling and motivating teams in projects. I have proudly worked with different expertise and skills, from digital to design, architecture to construction engineers, high-tech developers to software geeks, and social community managers to Instagram's most popular influencers.

I have co-founded an awarded gastronomic restaurant in Lisbon -Taberna Moderna.

Nudging for Syntony is a space where I give back all of my experience to leaders and teams.
